An 840m2 villa in Vinh Yen, Vinh Phuc Procinve has been uncompletedly built since 2012 in classical style. Our duties are re-design and reformation, which consists of adding other floors, completing with structure, interior and garden. The building is used for many purposes as below:
1st floor: Café
2nd floor: Restaurant
3rd and 4th floor: Office
And the attic: owner’s room
Because of such complicated functions, it becomes a very difficult requirement and needs to consider many aspects.
