6. Complement stage: At this stage, creatingbasic technical drawing and 3D images is very important. Besides, we discuss and make some adjustments of aesthetic implements such as: Color, material, decoration… and clients would be required to make a settlement of20% of the contract value.
7. Delivery stage: Designers have to make sure of finishing technical drawing (package) and 3D cornerview rendering, provide main information about quantity, production orientation as well as construction quotation, and finally terminate the design contract.
If there is any change occurring during process whether it is subjective or objective reason and we have tore-render an image, or change in some stages, in this case, it is only fair that we are able to charge for some extra time based on direct agreement. Final settlement would be inclusive of all of the occurring costs.
