3D VISUAL SERVICE PRICE FOR ARCHITECTURE & INTERIOR 2017

Here at Luxury Design, we offer high end 3D visual service that will be divided into categories as below:

1. Visualize an already-made design: With your provided 2D Autocad design drawings, which include floor plans, elevations... Along with indicated design styles, status quo images of the designated area (or designated rooms), indicated materials, furniture, or even pictures and decoration objects... These works will be processed by our modeling and visualizing team, which is also our main team to process most works regarding our 3D service.
2. Visualize a preliminary design: concept drawings on 2D platform like Autocad or hand sketch (with full dimensions)... along with indicated design styles, special requirements base on particular conditions of the project. These type of works will be processed by our Architect/Designer team + Modeling and Visualize team.
3. Concept: To design general ideas for a project of Architecture or Interior/Furniture, this type of work is like an idea book which include: Floor plan, Project elevations, Overview perspectives, Featured perspectives, animation movie (for requirement) or structural section slices for showing new technologies or new ideas (describe in Service quotation below)
Our visual service will focus on 2 design styles: Modern - Contemporary (can be seen as flat design with lines, details are low and simple) and Classic (designs that come from tradition styles of European with many complex details). Therefore, Modelling 3D objects also takes a large part in our service, and it comes in sizes: Specific Geographical space that needs to be made 3D, spaces that include iconic subjects like: churches, squares, statues etc; Featured furniture of a Brand or an Interior designer etc. With these above subjects the modeling work can be processed by a 3D scanner or using computer software to generate them into 3D. These will make the work slower with considerable difficulty.

URBAN PLANNING VISUAL SERVICE : base on some elements: how large is the area and how complex it is, does it have preliminary design, does it require Flycam to take high resolution images or does it require visualize geographical details around etc.
